This skirt is shaped to fit firmly around your upper hip then flare slightly to the hemline.
The skirt is made from a variety of different fabrics from vintage to modern cotton elastane. The waistband is made from cotton lycra for all-day comfort. I use dance quality lycra so it keeps its shape.
